I'm making the move to LOS soon and have a job lined up that will have me based out of Bangkok. My employer has branch offices and I will be traveling the country working out of several of them. My question is, do I need to list the addresses of the branch offices when applying for a work permit or just the address of the home office?

You need to state where you wil be working, so it must cearly state that you will also work at the different branch offices troughout Thailand and not only at the main office.
