marios
I got an offer from the Evergreen Place for a 44 sqm studio for one month 28/12-28/01 for 28000. I made a provisional reservation because on paper it looks perfect: Paythai road 5 minutes walk to MBK, practically at the doorstep of the undergound, swimming pool, gym, sauna ,cooking facilities cable tv etc. The question: Has anybody been there? Info and comments will be greatly appreciated Thank you mario

Prudent_rabbit
I actually live at the Evergreen, have done for 5 months, very pleasant, only downside is laundry is expensive but other than that cant fault it
jing jing
I live at the Evergreen also. Great place. I agree about the laundry but fortunately I have a live-in washing machine. Really, it's super accomodations here if you can afford it. Prices drop with a longer lease, and they are negotiable up to a point. One small correction: it's at the doorstep of the Skytrain, not the underground.
