I stay in Thailand on a one year extension to a non "O" visa based on retirement.

Until now I have been living in NorthEast Thailand, but now I have moved to Jomtien.

Do I need to report my new address immediately, or can I wait until I renew the extension on the 20. January 2012, which is the same day as my next 90 days report, as I arrived in Thailand from a trip abroad on the 23. October 2011 ?

I think it's within 24 hours.

There is a rule that says you have to report within 24 hours.

It is rarely enforced and most Immigration Offices will not even know about it.
