Hi guys were do i apply for a work permit and are they easy or hard to get

Your employer in Thailand should apply for your work permit at the local Department of Employment. If you qualify for the work permit, it is not hard to get.

A work permit only allows you to work for the in the work permit mentioned employer, in the mentioned function at the mentioned location. It employer specific, not a general permit alllowing you to work.
