Unless you enjoy serious pain, shave...or use a depilitory creme (hair removal creme -- can get at Boots, Watsons etc, be sure to follow directions re how long you leave it on and I'd suggest a minute or two less than recommended initially).

If you decide to wax, use a professional waxer, such as found in a beauty clinic. Attempting to wax that oh-so-sensitive skin by yourself is just begging for trouble. Somewhere I recently read about a guy who left the wax on too long and ripped the upper skin layer off -- OUCH!!!

If you are in Bangkok, I can recommend the guy that does body waxing at Cutey and Beauty salon on Soi Thaniya. Although I've not had him do that area, he is very competent at doing other areas of my body. He's been doing waxing for nine years, so has undoubtedly "seen it all." However, I should alert you that the salon caters mainly to gay clientele, and I'm pretty sure he is gay, in case that makes you uneasy?

If you've never experienced body waxing, you might ask that they "test" on some less sensitive part of your body, like maybe an upper arm, in case you are overly sensitive to the "wax" (salons usually don't use *wax,* it's some concoction of heated sugar), and in case you discover you have a low pain threshold for having hair ripped out by the roots.. shock1.gif
