Body of newborn baby found in refuse bag at North Pattaya village

PATTAYA: -- The body of a newborn baby boy was discovered in a refuse bag collected from a North Pattaya Village on Thursday morning. Police were called to the Pattaya Rungreung Village by Khun Suchin aged 49, a street refuse collector who made the gruesome discovery. As he was preparing to sort through refuse bags collected throughout the morning he came across the body of the child. For now the death is being treated as murder due to injuries, including a suspected broken neck, which were identified during the initial Police investigation. Khun Suchin could not be sure where he collected the bag from and could not confirm if the bag was collected inside the village or at another location nearby
