Banglamung Police crackdown of crime-hotspots begins

PATTAYA: --- Banglamung Police were out in force on Sunday checking the South Naklua area which is notorious for crime and prostitution. Police Colonel Somnook, who was following orders given to him by the Region 2 Police Commissioner, conducted a sweep of snooker halls, bars and vehicles passing through the area, looking for anything out-of-the-ordinary. Many of the bars in the area were checked and no underage workers were found and all licenses appeared to be in-place. No other criminal activity was found and no drugs or guns were seized.
