Whats The Cheapest (Or Best Value) Bike Part You Have Bought In Thailand?

Featured Replies

Today I bought a NSR water pump gasket for 15 baht. Can anyone beat that? In fact I ran to the 7/11 afterwards and spent more on a drink/crossant/jelly drink for the gf than I spent at the bike shop (45 baht versus 55 baht). Amazing Thailand.

I would say that having a puncture fixed for 20 Baht, is ridiculously cheap. smile.png

45 baht for speedometer cable. More than 15 baht, but quantity of raw material is much more than a gasket.

130,50 Baht for a set of original brake pads for my Boxer. More than 45 Baht for a speedometer cable, but as the pads are security related parts they have to pass a lot of quality controls laugh.png

all plastic/fairings parts for Ninja650, cost 5-10% of same parts in Europe, few hundred baht each painted ready to bolt on

Gastank cap gasket for my Nouvo was 30 baht.

Nice since it kept my gas from vaporizing out.

For aftermarket parts my Shad topbin is the best value for me.

I use it everyday.

Can of Leo for seat handlebar interface, 26 Baht

That reminds me, I recently complained of my 2008 DTX250 having starting problems.

It was out of warranty but I needed to fix it.

Kawi Rama 9 replaced the out of spec (too tight) exhaust camshaft for free!

Bike runs as it should now.
