kiwikeith Posted January 13, 2012 Share Posted January 13, 2012 Hi im in NZ at present and being offered some land near Black Mountain golf course Hua Hin, does anyone know the average price at the moment for 1 rai ?? iv'e heard 800 to 850 is not bad but im being quoted 1 mill bht per rai any one up with the prices thanks. Land near Ban Ing Phu and Tai-Pan resorts, just opposite the golfcourse is sold for 2-3M baht a rai. Land for 800k a rai sounds like between BM and the by-pass.
