Can anyone beat me?

Three (3), at Sam Koke, for Pathum Thani.

So how long did you wait, did you get caught by their lunch break?

0 at Nakhon Sawan but have had to wait while they finished breakfast. actually they offered to share.

As you can see, I got there at 10:30 and I was called to the counter at 2:30. Wiaitng 1 hour for lunch yes.

With so many people in the que, you would think they would stagger lunch breaks... Wishful thinking...

I was out of the house 7 hours... I think i will be doing it by post next time.

70 a couple weeks ago at Chiang Mai, but most of those were Burmese or Thai Yai (I'm not really certain). Still takes as long as processing a westerner.

Where was this Murf? It doesn't look like a CM queue ticket.

This was Bangkok, Chaeng Wattana...

Division 1 so suspect Bangkok. Did they provide a bar code receipt for use next time? This may be talking extra time if they have to explain to everyone.

You want to live in the big city, you have to get in the big city lines. Have to go tomorrow, preparing my care package of sticky rice in bamboo now. Just came off the fire outside. Intend to be there at 8:30 when they open and probably be invited for breakfast before they do anything.

And at 0830 the line will likely go from immigration door to opposite wall at least - but 80% will not meet requirements for queue number and be turned back into main room to fill out forms so even a few jumpers will not be that big an issue.

In and out on Samui immigrations in 5 min, every time.

I got a barcode for next time, but there wans't a lengthy explanation, just a "bring this next time" comment.

I suggest anyone who has 90 days to report at Bangkok Immigration use the post.

Some guy was telling me that it isn't a big problem if you don't report your 90 days, there is only a 2000baht fine, and this can be paid before your next visa renewal. Seems too good to be true. I lost more than 2000baht in wages by going and reporting yesterday.

You can also send someone to make the report, you don't have do go in person.

I was there this morning. I already had a form with the barcode in from my last report so did not fill in a new form this time. However, the Receipt of Notification issued to me today has no barcode in it so perhaps I will need to fill out a form again next time. From what I saw, they did not appear to be scanning the barcodes, simply inputting data manually.

And there was I thinking that everything would be so much quicker now that they could scan everything. I got there at 9:00 a.m. and was in the mid 50's. They had four desks open but things were not going any faster than usual. Probably teething troubles with the new system.

PS PS I know I can get someone to go for me but I actually don't mind the trip out there.

Just realized that automarion means increased productivity. Increased prodouctivity means less manpower required. Less manpower required means less number of people to do the same job. Oops!

Pitsanulok treat me like an old friend. I come in they call me over do the paper work for me I sign, where they tell me too. They give me my report paper and leave. Sometimes even chat about nothing in particular before I leave.

highest ever number of people in front of me in 10 years of doing 90 day reports = 1

Yesterday there were 16 ahead of me at Jomtien. I was out of there in 16 minutes.
