Mario2008
O years old. In case of a minor the parents will be the guardians over the land till, the person becomes of age. But in the case of a minor there are restrictions to what the parents can do with the land and for certain actions, like selling or elasing the land, they need approval from the court who will check that the propossed action is beneficial to the child (and not soly for the parents). It will really be the childs property.
