I will have a Tourist Visa when I enter Pattaya Thailand in April. I would like to convert this to a 1 year Non Immigration then to a Retirement Visa.

Can someone recommend (from their experience) a good Visa Agency in Pattaya that specializes in Retirement Visa.

What is the charge for their services.

Starting with a Tourist Visa you convert to a 90 day Non Imm O before applying for the 12 month extension.

It would be easier if you arrived with a Non Imm O Visa.

You do not need an agent as it is pretty easy to do it yourself.
