Hi everyone,

Im currently on a Non Imm O Multi entry, and do the visa runs every 90 days.

Unfortunately an urgent matter has arisen and i need to return home next month,

my current stamp permits me to stay until the 13th Feb and i need to return home

on the 8th March.

My question is can i go to immigration and pay 1900bt for a 30 day extension from the 13th Feb

instead of going on a visa run for another 90 days which in this case i don't need as im leaving on the

8th March.

You cannot at Immigration extend a non-O for 90 days,you will have an option for 1 year based on retirement or marriage or 7 days, the only cases I known this far is if you for ex. have been admitted in a hospital and your visa is on its way to expire you can get ex. 30 or 60 days depending on your status so your option is to do a border run in this case.

If he is married to a Thai or has a Thai family can't he extend onf of the 90 day entries for 60 days?
