I don't know.

But maybe this helps: I know of people (Farang) who got a Thai driving licence and now get entry to museums, national parks and other venues for the Thai price instead of the Farang price.

Another friend of mine who works for Peace Corp (a non-profit organization that sends people to developing countries to help in various projects) showed his Peace Corp ID and explained that he lived and worked here for benefit of Thai people. Hence please don't over charge this farang (him). Most of them agree. The only trick is that you need to have some kind of ID and your Thai language must be decent (so they can understand you).
