if not

2 buy lamp and then buy knife (or food processer)

3 start to chop it bloody badly

have fun with your meal

You wont get Lamb mince anywhere in Thailand.

Easiest way is to buy the local thai lamb chops.Cut out the bone. And then chop away with the big chopping knife on a tamerind wood chopping block.
