A few questions about my electrical installation/ consumer unit
Earth and neutral are certainly linked somewhere in the installation. In a condo it's likely that you have a TNC-S (or possibly TNS in an older place). Have a look here https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Earthing_system If you don't actually see a link then it's going to be elsewhere. If you measure 220-230V between a live and the earth and something close to zero between neutral and earth you're likely good to go. In our old condo all the A/C units were supplied from live and earth!!! They worked just fine although I did move the connections to the right place 🙂 -

Police Raid Illegal Bitcoin Mining Operations in Bangkok and Pathum Thani
Bitcoin mining in Thailand is legal. Probably need to register as a business, pay tax, and abide by business regulations. The crime is nicking electricity. -

Solar - 8kW Hybrid Inverter w/10kWh (upgraded to 20kWh in Sept. 2022) ESS/battery (not DIY)
Currently 167 V, but can at times drop below 160 V. I already have the AVR, so my only worry is if there is any possibility the AVR and inverter will "fight" each other, possibly cause damage to either unit. It is reassuring that the inverter simply just disconnect below 180 V and jumps to battery, but that creates a new problem. If the battery runs out, the inverter will switch to grid, potentially damaging pumps and other household equipment with low voltage. -

Thailand Defends Uyghur Repatriation Amid US Criticism
They can defend as much as they like. The thing is they are bending over for their Chinese masters and are cowards. They deserve a "slap on the fingers"!
