Safari World Bangkok

Featured Replies

Hello,

Does anyone can give me some information about Safari World in Bangkok ?

- Is it really interesting and fun ?

- What are the best rates ?

- What is the best and cheapest transportation to go there ? (I live Sukhumvit Asok).

Thank you in advance.

For Thailand I thought it was pretty good. No idea how to do it on the cheap. we went on one of these one day tours - which was, IIRC, not expensive.

Animals are reasonably well looked after, breeding programs seem quite successful. Shows were a bit tiresome. Usual photos feeding birdsm baby tigers etc.

Not a bad day out says he expecting to be flamed by the animal rights brigade.

its alright as far as zoos go. there are numerous shows, its well laid out and generally the habitats aren't heartbreaking. if you have ever wanted to hand feed a giraffe, this is the place for you.

i would ask how old you are, my 5 year certainly gets more of a charge out of the place than i do.

i would take a taxi, though be warned the taxi home costs double the taxi there.
