90 Day Report: Non-Imm Exp 12/12

Recommended Posts

Did you receive an Extension of Permission to Stay from your local Thai Immigration Dept?

When you talk about a 'Single use Visa' do you mean you paid for a Single Re-entry Permit?

If you are on an Extension of Permission to Stay (this is not a visa, but an agreed extension of your passport entry stamp originally obtained on entry to Thailand with a valid non immigrant visa) then you should report only once you have physically been in Thailand for 90 days.

You must have has a single entry retirement O-A visa entry and have obtained a re-entry permit for 1,000 baht from immigration to keep the current Dec 2012 permitted to stay date alive. Your return day will be day one of a new 90 day count and you do your first report on that day 90 using TM.47 form.
