Just realised i've overstayed 3 months on my 1 year extension!

so off to.... ?..... to try and get another non o after paying my 20,000 baht fine.

(1) Will this affect my chances of getting another non o ?

(2) Where would be the best country to apply

(3) Will this affect my application for another 1 year extension ?

Non O based on what?

1. Once paid all is forgiven.

2. For single entry anyplace should be OK - but would avoid Manila and Penang myself. Cambodia might take longer than others.

3. Should not be an issue if paperwork is in order.

If you qualify for extension of stay that will allow application and provides 90 days to get everything in order.
