I have a reservation for a Visa extension at Chiang Mai tomorrow and stupidly have lost the booking number.

Does anyone know how to retrieve it from the system.

The Mods may want to move this to the Chiang Mai forum, but I'm under the impression that you can't retrieve your number from the system. I've seen reports that they send emails confirming appointments, but I didn't receive one for my recent appointment. You may wish to check your email system to see if you got one.

In the future save your appointment confirmation to your computer, in addition to printing it out.

You could show up about 10 minutes before the appointment and throw yourself on their mercy. They do have a print-out listing all the appointments for the day.

Oh, also you could send them an email NOW. Perhaps they'll actually reply before your appointment tomorrow.
