Stumbled on these guys at recent bangkok motor show... followed up with them.. they have adjustable rear sets for my fazer FZ1 at 4500 B.

That price is pretty good when you consider ones i have been looking at in UK/USA on internet are all around 10,000 baht plus.

Question.. is RSV stuff any good and is it suited for touring and sports riding. More interested in the integrity/ build quality of the product .

Obviously as stated price is great but want to make sure Im not buying a vastly inferior product.

any advice/ comments appreciated...

their rear sets seems to be more stable than other local made ones. Had local made rear sets on 2 bikes and never had a problem; think you can get them without worries.

Look at the thickness of the metal compared to other brands, there's usually two grades thin and thick. You may also want to consider whether the pegs are foldable, some are just screwed on and will snap off or bend when the bike is layed down.

I couldn't get a straight answer from RSV as to what type of Aluminum they are using. At that price I have to wonder what alloy they are using. If they're not using series 6 or better I'd worry about the strength and durability of their rearsets...

Got a set from RSV on my CBR250 and they seem ok, but i think i'll go back to 517superbike when i replace them as they didn't seem to hold up to well in my last crash.
