the topping ..actaully its too easy to do (but i dont have exactly standard ingredeint, i use estimate and taste

ingredient

-durian (basically use overripe)

-coconut milk

-palm sugar

-salt

boiled coconut milk (2 parts)

part 1 - add salt , and can put corn flour (make it thick...but u jhave to disolve flour with water be4 add ) use for topping

part 2 - add durian , palm sugar(not much coz durian is sweet already) ,salt cook it till soft. (taste)

i found the recipe

durian 1 1/2 cup

coconut milk 2 cup

palm sugar 3/4 cup

salt 1/2 teaspoon

boiled coconut milk , put all ingredient ..cook till tender
