Running A Business

My name is Hamid. I and my friend want to run a business in Thailand. We are now living in Iran and we both are mechanical engineer. I have some questions.

1- Since we want to run our business, is it necessary to find an employer in Thailand or to register a company in Thailand?

2- If we are required to register a company in Thailand, is it necessary to put 2,000,000 baht in Thailand’s banks?

3- Can someone sponsor us to get visa and work permit without registering a company or finding an employer and if so, how much does it cost?

4- How much should we pay for all these processes?

5- Can someone help us to contract with landlords and other legal contracts? In other words, can we get consultant during running our business?
