Hutch Evdo Internet - Do They Have Same Prices And Coverage, As Cat?

Featured Replies

Hi!

Friends ask me about good mobile internet in BKK, PTT, HH. So - at North and South I used to use CAT CDMA (no GSM 3G with their crappy "unlimited" plans wit 2-3 Gb limits). So - I want you to ask about Hutch:

1. Do they have unlimited plans?

2. Do they have prepaid plans, as CAT?

3. What's about coverage? In 2010 they had poor EVDO coverage, what about now?

TrueMove bought the Hutch CDMA network early in 2011, and through a very complex structure is basically replacing that CDMA network with GSM 3G. I think they said they'd keep the old Hutch network running through the end of this year?

It would be advisable to maybe consider TrueMove H?

So, you mean - forget about CDMA in Central Thailand?

What you can say about CAT CDMA future?

I look for an alternative to ADSL. You know, some friends can't get permission of condo owner, or ADSL company don't have cables, or other reasons. CAT CDMA is such alternative at North and South - 3 mbit, 800 baht REAL unlimited internet. Can watch vids and even DL some. But what to use in central Thailand?
