Uhm, I don't know where it's for, but there is a SSt guy along Soi Khao Noi after the bend to the right.

He's doing mainly gates and fences.

I had a bike rack made in stainless by the fella opposite The New Inn on Soi Kaotalo he did a good job...

alternatively there are many on the Sukhumvir Rd

Every fab shop along sukhumvit, soi khao noi and everywhere else deals in stainless.

Look for any shop along Suk with giant stainless steel gates out front. Most of them do a decent job by Thai standards.
