Students Have To Work Hard To Get Quality Education: Thai Opinion

The issue is the system and the non dedicated educators looking for money and their career above any other consideration: the future of their students is the last priority. Too much time spent in other activities than teaching.

Students are flexible materials; you can get a lot from them if you handle them correctly. Educators must be credible (knowledge few notches over what has to be taught, correctly trained to modern instructional techniques, motivated, keeping themselves updated....).
