I want to get a Mini Van to Koh Samet/Koh Chang/Pataya. Where are they located at Victory Monument?

How much are they, and I am assuming they are faster than getting the bus at Ekkamai Bus Terminal.

Pattaya vans leave from directly below the walkway that leads from the BTS into the shopping Mall.

The buses from Ekkamai have gotten pretty quick, often 1 hr45min. mid day or after the rush. The vans sometimes make more stops dropping people along the way. Pretty close.

You mentioned 3 different places. Which one will you be doing first? If Pattaya, I'd take the bus from Ekamai. Those mini buses, at times, have really crazy drivers. Actually, same with Samet also. I'm sure the mini bus is a bit faster though.

I'm sure you can just ask around once you get to VM and somebody will direct you to the right bus? Especially the local scooter taxi guys.

Correct. Once you decide where you are going just head down to VM early and as for the destination you are going to as they quite often change. As far as Koh Chang goes I would ask for "Trat" not Koh Chang but either might work.
