TerryLH
You won't get a Thai marriage certificate. What you want is a translation of the certificate that you already have.
Mario2008
When you marry abroad and also want to register the marriage in Thailand, you take your marriage license to your embassy to have it legalised by them. When that is done, yu have it trnaslated into Thai at a translation agency. Next you go to The Thai Foreign office, Cosular department in Laksi, who will legitimize the papers. When that is done you can go to any amphur in thailand and have the marriage registered at there. When you have done that you ask for the khor rhor 22 form, it is this form that immigration wants to see for an extension of stay based on marriage and confirms that you are married.
