DrChopper Posted March 21, 2012 Share Posted March 21, 2012 Hi All, I am here on a Non Imm multiple entry B visa which runs until July. I know I can exit and re-enter to get a further 90 days beyond this date. After that point in order to get a new multiple B do I need to return to the UK? Or could I get one more locally? I am due to go back to the UK in June, but the reason for that visit has now changed, so I have some flexibility. If I still go in June could I just get a new 12 month visa, even though my current one is not yet expired? I don't want to travel to the UK twice if I can be more efficient about it. In Europe, the job offer from the company confirmed by the company in an official letter is often enough. In Asia much more paperwork from the company will be required.
