Hi All,

I am here on a Non Imm multiple entry B visa which runs until July. I know I can exit and re-enter to get a further 90 days beyond this date.

After that point in order to get a new multiple B do I need to return to the UK? Or could I get one more locally?

I am due to go back to the UK in June, but the reason for that visit has now changed, so I have some flexibility.

If I still go in June could I just get a new 12 month visa, even though my current one is not yet expired?

I don't want to travel to the UK twice if I can be more efficient about it.

You can get a new multiple entry non-B in KL if you have at least 8 months validity on your work permit.

Sorry, should have said, I don't have a WP.

Locally it is unlikely you will get one without a WP.

You cna get a new visa while the old is still valid, they will just cancel the old visa.

It very much depends on where you will apply for the non-B. In Europe, the job offer from the company confirmed by the company in an official letter is often enough. In Asia much more paperwork from the company will be required.
