Re-Scheduling Appointments With Vfs

I have re-sceduled two..both in the same week...did not realise that DHL would deliver visa appplication for thai gf so quickly!

I had booked two for next week and the second one was re-arranged for after 3pm. Gf told me that if you are submiting passports you need to do it before 3pm..i missed this on their web-site

I have tried to re-schedule to before 3pm but unable to do so as it states that i have gone over my re-schedulng limit.

As you can see its my first attempt at an appllcation!

Any thoughts?

If she has an appointment, she can submit her application at that appointment, any time of day. But she must have an appointment.
