Brunus Posted March 27, 2012 Share Posted March 27, 2012 I am 39 years old, I am not fat or in a bad shape but I haven't done sports in a while. I would like to try thai boxing just to stay fit in a fun way. I am not violent and I never punched anybody. I just would like a nice gym with English speaking instructors who can teach me the basics of this sport without punching anybody or being punched. Is it possible? Where? How much is it? They have both stay-in boxing camp and group or individual lessons. There is also a full-service gym and sports club on-site if you want these features as well.
