Am seeking a reputable firm for legal representation to protect my interest in a purchase of a condo.

I am purchasing after-market therefore NOT from the property developer.

The seller is also using an offshore Virgin Islands company obviously for tax purposes.

While everything looks OK, I would like some clauses (e.g. a walk through and seller fix defects before completion, etc.) to be added.

smells fishy to me. not because of the BVI company per se but in connection with a property deal in Thailand. the land office will not transfer any property (even a property earmarked for foreigners) in the name of an offshore company and neither is an offshore company accepted as a shareholder should the property be owned by a Thai company.

The seller is what nationality?

From the above , if you cannot show that you wire transferred the money into Thailand, the property cannot be put into your name.
