As 1 Baht of gold and a Buffalo are about the same cost, I am trying to decide what is the better gift for my wife, who after all was born in Issan, a Baht of Gold or a Buffalo ?

Nothing can be as easy to pick as the gift of a Buffalo....it will bring back all those joyous memories of working the fields for next to nothing to support her fathers lust of laoCao! Not only that the Buffalo is much bigger therefore it will be easier to show off than a scrawny 1 baht chain.
