ilikethai Posted April 9, 2012 Share Posted April 9, 2012 I know the Vigo has been out for over 6 years (correct me if I'm wrong). I'm thinking of buying a new Vigo. I've heard from a few forum that there's a completely new Hilux replacement by the code nam IMV2 but that's coming out in 2014. necronx99 Posted April 9, 2012 Share Posted April 9, 2012 The new model Hilux is due soon, 2014 sounds right. A Hilux is a Vigo. The biggest change I expect is that all the safety options that are curently only available on the top of the range 4x4 will be included as standard on the base models. There is no revolutionary new 100 MPG engine coming, no cheaper parts and service to be offered, no 10 year mile warranty. Buy now and enjoy the ride.
