after ten years we are returning to England for health reasons, but leave 2 sons and 2 granddaughters here.

We want to visit them annually for 3 months. We currently have retirement visas ending September.

DO we need to get re-entry permit? We will be in England this year for at least SEVEN months (June/Dec)

Will a 3month visa be available from consular office in England?

You do not need a re-entry permit and they will not be of any use for them, as you don't return before Sept, when your current eprmisison to stay ends.

The consulate in Hull will issue you non-O visa's based on your children living here (just show proof of family relationsip) or based on being over 50.
