19 year old man shot in "random" incident in South Pattaya

PATTAYA: -- A 19 year old man was shot in an apparently random incident in South Pattaya, early on Monday morning.

Khun Apirak aged 19 was driving his motorbike around Pattaya when he encountered a black car which appeared to be following him and his two friends who were travelling on bikes in front of him.

When they arrived in Soi Bongkot a passenger in the car began shooting in their direction and Khun Apirak was shot in his backside.

Seems a lot of random shootings happening in the extreme city these days.
