Oh I know. Indeed pretty much every country has passed these laws that criminalise artistic representations of porn, long before AI become fashionable. Now with AI it seems to have gone completely overboard, 7 years in jail in S Korea. Are you telling me this is a proportionate and measured punishment? To lock a boy up for 7 years if he made some porn with AI that is not even real? By "sexual targeting" you mean the digital creation of fake images showing acts that never happened in real life, correct? I never said that was a "prank". But of course they will get over it. It's not a real act like a physical assault. It's a thought crime, that fantasizes and creates an AI image of things that never happened in reality. Which causes no physical harm whatsoever. Among 15 year olds, as among most children, attempts at humiliation and defamation are sadly the norm, as you well know. No, it's not. There is no real physical harm. At most there is some annoyance, embarassment, some psychological discomfort of a passing nature. Not at all. This was not physical abuse. This was an AI photo showing things that never happened. Nor am I "excusing" it, I'm merely viewing it in a proportionate way, without the white knight hysteria some have put on display here. -
