University Business English Lecturers (Part-Time)

The University of the Thai Chamber of Commerce (UTCC) is looking for part-time Business English lecturers start in the first semester in June 2012. Full-time contracts may be awarded to teachers in the following academic year of 2013 in June depending on performance.

Most successful applicants will be required to teach Business English courses only, however, one successful candidate will be required to teach a wider range of subjects including writing.

Classes are on from Monday to Friday 8:30am-4:20pm. Applicants must be available to work for a minimum of 3 days a week. Successful applicants will be offered a minimum of 10x 50min periods per week.

Requirements:

- Native English speaker from USA, UK, Canada, Australia and New Zealand.

- Minimum Bachelors degree in any field. Teaching certificate is required, unless applicant has a MA/PHD in a field related to English teaching. Please note we check all degrees and certificates, contact all previous employers and do comprehensive criminal background checks on all candidates.

- Experience is unnecessary, however, experience teaching at Thailand universities would be a bonus.

- Candidates must have basic Microsoft Excel skills and able to submit student scores on Excel.

- We are looking for both long-term and short-term teachers, however, successful candidates must stay with us for a minimum of ONE FULL SEMESTER (i.e. from June to beginning of October 2012).
