April 22, 201214 yr I'm pretty certain you can buy in Tesco, Makro Big C, in tubs.... I seem to remember buying some for someone to make pastry, a year or two back.
September 2, 201213 yr Author I try Tesco, Macro and Big-C but I couldn't find them. Does anyone know where can I find Lard?
September 2, 201213 yr Makro have 1kg bags of pork fat in the freezer section render down when cold put in fridge.
September 3, 201213 yr Author The one sale in Makro is a cutting piece of pork fat not a lard. Lard is the grease of a pig.

Lard is the grease of a pig. The last time i checked, the meat and by-products of a pig were called Pork. If you can't find lard as such, render down the pork fat yourself.
September 6, 201213 yr Author I need to use Lard for my restaurant. Render down the pork fat is not realistic.
