News_Editor Posted April 23, 2012 Share Posted April 23, 2012 An editorial in Burma’s state-run New Light of Myanmar on Sunday said that “hardliners†in the Kachin Independence Organization (KIO) were responsible for the failure to end a conflict that has dragged on in the country’s far north for nearly a year.
