Low cost carriers charge for everything these days, I came across this news story about Cebu Pacific and I know many people use them out of Bangkok.

They wanted to charge a disabled traveller over $200 to use the wheel chair lift as the park remotely in Singapore.

Not to debate all of the fees airlines are charging, just wanted to inform disabled passengers to watch out, I personally find it disgusting an airline would charge for this service.
