I just saw a video of the jury’s foreperson on CNN. She specified that there was only one holdout, and he was male. I believe her, so that issue is settled for me. In her video, she stated that the holdout did say he had “reasonable doubt," but when he submitted his judgment, he said that he thought she was criminally responsible for the killings, so he judged her to be guilty. My belief now is that if the prosecution still thinks she is criminally responsible for the killings, they will NOT retry her for fear of getting a Not Guilty verdict. They will probably try to bargain with her, and eventually see that she is committed to a mental health facility for life. That’s just my opinion.
