Anyone know where I could find a tailor that makes bags? I have a textile project and want to get some bags made up, thanks

Have you tried a regular tailor. Shurely some of them could make them up for you.

I've asked a tailor to make the hill tribe shouder 'yaam' bags as this only involves fabric. I'm looking to add some straps (some kind of leather material?), so wasn't sure if she would do this, although I haven't asked her yet.

Try Warrorot market. They have lots of shops that sell made to order clothing and etc.
