My lawyer tells me that there will be an up front fee at the court based on a percentage of the amount claimed. Is this correct? What percentage? Sunbelt Asia Posted May 28, 2012 Share Posted May 28, 2012 Charges depend on the amount of the lawsuit If the amount is less than 300,000 Baht then the Court fees are 200 Baht If the amount of the suit is more than 300,000 Baht then the fee is 2% up to a max of 200,000 Baht If the lawsuit is for more than 50 million Baht then the fee is 0.5% with no maximum fee.
