Incumbent Pattaya Mayor begins his fight for re-election

PATTAYA:--The race to become the next Mayor of Pattaya is hotting-up and the hot favourite, the incumbent Mayor, Khun Itipon, registered himself and his team on Monday.

Registration for teams who wish to compete to become the next Pattaya Administration began on Monday and finishes on 25th May and as yet no other team has registered for the election which is currently a one-horse-race.

Each member of the “We Love Pattaya” team registered themselves for the election which takes place on 17th June.

bloke i know who runs a guest house/bar in pattaya managed to get a pic of himself and the mayor together all smiles last time he was on the campaign trail.

he has it on the wall by the till to unsettle any greedy officials who might drop in as they think he may have friends at the top of the food chain.
