Where To Buy Voip Phone

Featured Replies

I am needing to buy a Voip phone.

Something like this

Does anyone know where I might get something like this in Pattaya?

Or maybe a Thai online retailer?

Many Thanks

I am using Magic Jack. I don't know what country you are from, but I am from the U.S. and it gives me a U.S. Phone number and for a yearly fee ($20) I have unlimited calls. I call all my relatives and friends in the U.S. and have never had a problem. Sound quality is good. You need an ADSL modem and you can either get a model that works through your computer or is a stand alone (what I have) and goes directly from the router to the phone.

I use a wireless handset that I got at Tesco as my base unit and it works great.

Thanks I know there are lots of different services and solutions out there.

I need these phones for use with a specific business and am really only looking for somewhere to purchase this specific solution.

Thanks all the same.

As with most types of electronics, decent VOIP handsets are almost impossible to find here. They do have a couple of nasty no-name USB handsets in Tukcom.

Amazon etc. have hundreds of good ones at very low prices, of course.

Maybe you would have more luck in Bangkok? I dont hold out much hope though.

I will be buying an ethernet VOIP desk phone on my next trip back to Europe. Amazon have a good Cisco one for well under 2500B (equiv).

for the cisco phones you have to hit bkk.
