25 year old bar worker killed in South Pattaya road crash

PATTAYA:--A motorbike driver was killed after he was run over by a 6-wheel truck in South Pattaya on Tuesday.

The gruesome crash site was attended by Police and rescue workers who began by dealing with the deceased motorbike driver, Khun Apichart aged 25. He was lying on the road close to his Orange Honda Click motorbike. A severe head trauma was sustained after he was run over by the truck. Although there were surprisingly no witnesses to the accident, Police assume he lost control of his bike and fell to the ground.

The truck appeared to have been travelling behind and marks on the road suggest the truck was travelling at speed and did attempt to avoid a collision. The truck driver decided not to remain at the scene and is now being sought by Police.
