wileycoyote
Lots of low add- ons from Uk Airports ,but are they any good ? Punctuality Entertainment Food
manarak
You will find they are "standard" in everything. Except the cabin crews which are much older and not as pretty as some others. I remember the entertainment system to be rather dated, maybe they updated the screens by now (but I doubt it). sirchai
Most aircraft are really old, but good. You can drink until you arrive in Bangkok, Food is okay. I flew with worse companies before. Who gives a flying sith if the cabin crew's older? As long as they fly non- stop and affordable........ Edited June 1, 2012 by sirchai

NanLaew
If you are tall, you won't enjoy their Coach class at all as their 'legacy' 747's have the minimum 31" seat pitch. If the passenger in front reclines their seat back you are trapped! KLM also feature low or zero additional fares from several UK regional airports via Amsterdam non-stop to Bangkok and now use the more comfy and modern 777's on the long sector.
