You may have more luck getting one made rather than finding a shop that sells them - they appear to be a very simple design. I have one which I bought in India years ago - you're welcome to borrow it to take to a woodwork guy and ask him to replicate it if you wish. I will probably bring in a board from Singapore during my August trip to the island. Been told that boards are being sold there at Carrefour and branches of Popular Bookstore.
