Police were called to the Pattaya Lagoon Village in Soi Khopai and to the home of Mr. Bernt Armin Zibulski aged 51 and his younger brother Mr. Edwin Udo Zibulski aged 50 who explained how they had returned to their house after being out for most of the night and found their front door had been forced open.
